Improved UX/UI for a Healthcare Software Provider
A US-based medical software provider was being held up by a User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) problem. The company had developed a platform providing users with customized medical documentation to appeal any medical claim, but its solution was negatively affected by a deficient UX and UI.
WebCreek’s role in the project was to further develop this application into a scalable, maintainable, and easy-to-use platform, with future capabilities to integrate other records and systems. Our client wanted to turn its software into an extremely appealing product that would streamline claims processes and generate more revenue for labs– all while delivering operational efficiency and improved compliance for labs and healthcare providers alike, decreasing risks and improving overall patient care.
WebCreek continued to develop the platform’s current working version, and redesigned its UX and UI, together with the client. WebCreek worked on the frontend UX/UI, while the client worked on refactoring and streamlining the platform’s codebase. The result was a software tool with a professional and scalable code base and high-quality, optimized user experience.
