Anelisse has built her career on more than 23 years of leading operations and fostering meaningful client relationships. Her journey is marked by a combination of determination, expertise, and a true passion for connecting businesses with the tech talent they need to thrive.

Anelisse began her professional career at Halliburton, where she worked closely with major clients such as Shell, Chevron, and ConocoPhillips. It was in these early days that she mastered her technical and project management skills, learning firsthand how to navigate complex challenges and deliver high-stakes results. This foundation set the stage for her move to WebCreek, where she started as a Practice Manager. Over the years, she rose through the ranks to become Director of Client Services, then Vice President, and ultimately, President and COO. At every step, Anelisse’s commitment to client success and team growth has helped WebCreek set a high standard in the IT staffing and software development industry.

Her professional path has taken her across Venezuela, Canada, Australia, Thailand, and now the United States, shaping her as a leader with a truly global perspective. She understands the unique challenges that different markets present and knows how to adapt strategies to meet those needs.

Anelisse holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering from Simon Bolivar University and is set to complete her MBA at the University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), always pushing herself to keep learning and evolving.

Outside the office, Anelisse is known for her energy and love for life. Whether she is dancing flamenco or practicing hot yoga, she believes in staying balanced and embracing what makes her happy.
