She leads teams in both Staff Augmentation and Turnkey projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams. Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, she plays a vital role in building strong client relationships, resolving issues, tracking performance metrics, and delivering regular stakeholder updates.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, Jodie is responsible for the full lifecycle of IT projects, from defining scope to leading cross-functional teams and managing resources efficiently. She effectively manages risks, ensures quality standards are met, and handles changes smoothly to keep projects on time and within budget.

Her extensive experience in Client Services, Customer Success, and IT Operations has empowered her to lead a variety of projects, including both Turnkey and maintenance work. Jodie is also committed to mentorship, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where her teams feel empowered to grow and achieve success together. Throughout her career, she has managed projects across industries such as Logistics & Transportation and Software as a Service (SaaS), demonstrating her adaptability and leadership.
